映画インターンシップ（The intership）という映画が結構好きで、この映画を使ってゆる〜く楽しみながら勉強しています。1日10センテンスくらいのペースでディクテーションを続けられたらと思っています。
スクリプトと実際の会話が異なることが結構あるので、私のディクテーションの結果は必ずしもスクリプトと一致しません。完全な正解のスクリプトがないので、私のディクテーション結果は多少間違いがあると思います。
そのあたりのことは、ご了承ください。間違いがあったら教えてね！
ディクテーション
- Oh my got. I feel terrible. You know, Like you are important. Oh shit.
スクリプト => I feel terrible. For what? I just, you know… I thought you were important. Oh, shit.
ちょっと聞き取れてない部分もあるけど、大体の意味は取れているからOK。「I thought」ってよく聞いたら言っているのがわかる。 - You know fauce people actually, mass of good luck
スクリプト => I have to find some people who actually matter. Good luck!
全然わからない。特に前半。。。fauceと聞こえたのはfind someだった。matterもわからない。 - Why did you bring me over introduce me this guy like he was a best friend introduce me a Hitler.
スクリプト => Why did you bring me over to meet that guy, like he was your best friend? You introduced me to Hitler.
ちょっとずつ間違っている。でも前半のintroduceは言っているので、スクリプトが間違っていると思う。 - like he seems sweet first
スクリプト => He seemed sweet at first.
最初にごにょごにょ言っているのは聞こえなかった。あとは大体OK。 - My name is Roger Chetty and I am a head of the google intern program. welcome to google.
スクリプト => My name is Roger Chetty. I am head of the Google Intern Program. Welcome to Google.
まあ、いいでしょう。 - This what not be your every internship or no.
スクリプト => This will not be your average internship. Oh, no.
惜しいけど、この聞き取りでは意味が取れないんだよ。 - You will do what we do and we will watch out where you do it.
スクリプト => You will do what we do. And we will watch how well you do it.
これも惜しい。「How well…＝どのくらい上手に..」という表現をはじめて知った。 - Now you are represent fine in the schools, your intelligence and achievement you’re noted but to excel this internship you are going to need far more than brain power.
スクリプト => You represent the finest schools. Your intelligence and achievement is well noted… but to excel at this internship, you’re going to need far more than brain power.
「finest school：一流大学」という意味。 - What you are going to need is googliness.
これはOK! - Nothing fanny. Googliness.
これもOK!

Chettyはインド系の人で、発音がしっかりしていてゆっくり話しているから、割と聞き取りやすい。私の英語力には、ちょうど良い学習レベルとなっている。
Chettyが話すときは、結構聞き取れるので、少し楽しくなる！
